YouVisit is looking for:

The YouVisit Client Success Manager will lead customer success initiatives, keeping the company focused on customer outcomes and driving adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy across your portfolio. This critical function is responsible for onboarding new customers, driving ongoing adoption, and managing renewals. The ideal candidate is hands-on and results-oriented, with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and has high bandwidth with an ability to multitask and prioritize competing tasks in a fast paced environment.

 

What You’ll Do:

At YouVisit, the Client Success Manager will partner with our customers to deliver predictable outcomes and experiences for their clients and growth for their business by:

  • Being the main point of contact between the company and a number of higher education accounts.
  • Acting as a true consultant, leveraging data and analytics to show measurable campaign results, identifying trends, and encouraging best practices to optimize and maximize performance.
  • Serving as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers, the training of platform end users, post go-live support, ongoing campaign management and optimization, and triage as needed.
  • Delivering and communicating ROI for our clients, throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Being the trusted partner for the customer on use case and product functionality.
  • Understanding customer outcomes through ongoing collection and analysis of data, and turning this into onboarding and retention strategies as well as feeding into the YouVisit product roadmap. 
  • Driving retention and growth by understanding customer business needs and helping them succeed with measurable results.
  • Maintaining a cadence of communication with customers regarding their adoption trends, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper engagement.
  • Collaborating closely with team members to identify, qualify and close expansion opportunities.
  • Identifying possible churn and creating a proactive plan for continued client engagement. 
  • Representing the voice of the customer and providing input into the product, marketing and sales process.
  • Working collaboratively and closely within your own team, and cross-functional departments including Sales, Marketing, Studios, and Development. 
  • Contributing findings and feedback to allow for shared learnings that empower, evolve and improve each team and impact product and service improvements.
  • Identifying opportunities for customers to act as YouVisit advocates (e.g. testimonials, case studies, panel participation, etc.).

 

What we’re looking for:

Experience:

  • 3+ years client success or account management experience in a SaaS or software company.
  • Proven track record of working in a customer facing role.
  • Experience working with, and managing, stakeholders and customers.
  • Experience and high comfort level working with Salesforce and other web-based services leveraged to manage your business.
  • Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships, while working to mitigate churn and drive engagement and renewals.

  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change.

  • Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals.
  • Results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action.
  • Comfort in a startup environment where we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment.
