The YouVisit Client Success Manager will lead customer success initiatives, keeping the company focused on customer outcomes and driving adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy across your portfolio. This critical function is responsible for onboarding new customers, driving ongoing adoption, and managing renewals. The ideal candidate is hands-on and results-oriented, with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and has high bandwidth with an ability to multitask and prioritize competing tasks in a fast paced environment.
